Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup organic canned crushed pineapple with juice

  • 1 Cup water

  • 1 Tbsp Collagen Powder

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, pour water and sprinkle on collagen powder, this will allow the powder to bloom.

  2. In a medium sauce pot, heat pineapple on low-medium heat just until it starts to steam.

  3. Once powder is bloomed, combine the heated pineapple with the bloomed gelatin and stir to dissolve any remaining collagen protein.

  4. Pour into a glass dish or individual ramequins and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until fully set. Top with a ring of fresh pineapple for presentation.
