Nahh, di tahun 2020 ini, kita akan banyak berbagi resep sama buibu semuanya, mengenai resep-resep makanan kudapan yang dapat dicampurkan dengan TBB Collagen dan rasanya tetap lezat! Plus nya, kulit mendapat nutrisi yang tinggi dan akan semakin sehat dan cantik!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of whip cream

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 bottle of TBB Infused Collagen

  • 1 cup blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries or blackberries, to garnish

 

Directions:

  1. To start with, place a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. In the saucepan, combine the cream, lemon zest and sugar and stir it. Bring the mixture to a boil. Keep stirring it till it comes to a boil, so that it cooks evenly and does not burn. Keep it on a gentle boil throughout and keep stirring. Do this for 5 minutes.

  2. To this mixture, add the lemon juice and stir it so that the lemon juice blends well into it. Now, let this mixture simmer for another five minutes. Keep stirring it frequently.

  3. After this, take the saucepan off the flame and let the cream-lemon mixture cool for about 5 minutes.

  4. The next step is to strain this mixture so that no lumps remain and the pudding is soft and creamy. Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. The result will be a lump-less and smooth mixture.

  5. Pour the strained mixture into small ramekins. If you want it to look fancy, pour it into stemmed glasses. Refrigerate the ramekins or glasses for about 2 to 3 hours. Keep them uncovered while refrigerating. Top each ramekin or glass with berries just before serving
