BLACKBERRY THYME WITH COLLAGEN INFUSED WATER image

This is one of the “fresh tasted” recipe of mixing collagen powder on your typical Gym Night.

Ingredients:

  • Handful blackberries

  • Thyme sprigs

  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ cup cranberry juice

  • 1 cup water

  • Handful of ice

  • 2 scoops Collagen Powder

 

Directions:

  1. Muddle 2 thyme sprigs and blackberries in a bowl and place in a glass.

  2. Fill glass with water, juices and Marine Collagen.

  3. Blend until Collagen Powder dissolves.

  4. Fill glass with ice and garnish with more thyme.

 

Tip:

Switch out water for sparkling water for a non-alcoholic sparkling drink option. Just make sure to blend the collagen into the sparking water to let it dissolve before adding ice!
